Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-05-29
These terms govern your use of AllStak. By creating an account or otherwise using the service you agree to them.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (and, if you sign up on behalf of an organization, that organization) and AllStak. By creating an account, signing in, or sending telemetry to the platform you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AllStak provides a unified observability platform: error tracking, log management, distributed tracing, infrastructure metrics, and alerting. The exact features, quotas, and retention available to you depend on the plan you have selected.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, and OAuth tokens.
- You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your organization.
- You must keep contact information accurate so we can reach you about security and billing.
- You are responsible for every action taken under your account, including by your teammates.
4. Acceptable use
You may not, and you may not permit anyone to:
- Use the service for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.
- Send malware, exploit code, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Bypass rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
- Reverse-engineer the service or scrape data we did not authorize.
- Use the service to target individuals or build profiles of natural persons in violation of applicable law.
- Knowingly send special-category personal data (e.g. religion, health, biometric, financial account numbers, national IDs) in telemetry payloads.
5. Customer data & telemetry
You retain all rights in the telemetry your applications send to AllStak. You grant AllStak the limited rights necessary to receive, store, process, display, and otherwise operate on that telemetry to deliver the service to you. Our processor obligations are detailed in the Data Processing Addendum, which is incorporated by reference.
6. Fees & billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance based on the plan and the metered usage you incur during the cycle.
- Fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, which we will add where required by law.
- Failed payments may result in suspension after notice. Suspended accounts continue to incur retention obligations until termination.
- Refunds are at our discretion except where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
AllStak and its licensors own all rights in the platform, its UIs, brand, documentation, and SDKs. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use them solely as part of the service. No rights are granted by implication.
8. Third-party integrations
AllStak integrates with third-party services (e.g. Slack, Jira, GitHub, Discord, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, Telegram, generic webhooks). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's own terms. AllStak is not responsible for outages, errors, or security incidents originating from those third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Each party's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to AllStak in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold AllStak harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your telemetry content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Termination
- You may cancel at any time from the dashboard.
- We may suspend or terminate the service if you materially breach these Terms or pose a security risk to the platform or other customers.
- On termination, access stops and retention rules in our Privacy Policy apply to your data.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or email at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a faster change is required by law or security.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
