About AllStak

Unified observability for modern infrastructure — built in Saudi Arabia, hosted in KSA and Germany based on customer region, designed for teams that ship fast.

Why we built AllStak

Most observability stacks ask you to glue four or five tools together — one for errors, another for logs, a third for traces, a fourth for infrastructure metrics, and yet another for alerts. Each one has its own auth, billing, retention model, and silo. The pattern works for very large teams; it's overkill for everyone else.

AllStak is the opposite. One platform. One sign-in. One tenant model. One bill. The same query that finds an error opens the related trace, the related logs, and the host that served the request — without copy-pasting IDs across five dashboards.

Where we're based

AllStak is operated from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Production runs in two regions: KSA for Saudi and MENA customers, and Germany for EEA and UK customers. Your organization is pinned to its region at signup and stays there — telemetry doesn't cross between the two. Customer data residency was the first product decision, not the last.

What we believe

  • Honesty over polish. Empty states say “no data yet”, not fake charts. Loading states say loading. We'd rather ship a real feature than a fancy mockup.
  • Privacy by default. Our ingest path strips likely secrets before they ever hit storage. Strict mode drops city/region geo. We never resell data.
  • SDK ergonomics matter. Five lines to instrument. If you can't paste a snippet and see data in two minutes, we've failed at our job.
  • Local first, global ready. First-class Arabic, RTL, and SAR billing — same dashboard, same SDKs everyone else gets.
